Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using a range of trusted carriers, including Australia Post and

various courier services. We choose the best carrier for your order based on its size, weight

and destination. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Shipping rates

• Orders under $200: flat rate $25

• Orders $200 and over: FREE standard shipping

These rates cover standard parcel delivery to most of Australia. For very remote or

regional locations an additional freight charge may occasionally apply — if so, we’ll contact

you before processing your order, and you can choose to proceed or receive a full refund.

Dispatch & processing

We’re proud of how quickly we get orders out. We’ll endeavour to dispatch your order

within 24 hours. For urgent orders, contact us via live chat and we’ll do our best to help.

Please make sure your shipping address is a physical address.

Delivery times

Standard delivery usually takes 1–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your

location. Timeframes are estimates only and cover business days. They can be affected by

public holidays, weekends, your location, natural disasters or carrier delays — all outside

our control. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order leaves our warehouse you’ll be emailed tracking details for the carrier

used, so you can follow your parcel through to delivery. Please check your junk mail folder,

as tracking emails are sometimes redirected there.

Signature on deliveryMost parcels are sent with tracking and may require a signature on delivery. If you’re not

home, the carrier will leave a card telling you where to collect your parcel — usually a

nearby depot or pickup point.
